How much does it cost to publish a vacancy on your website with our email address so that candidates can contact us directly?

100,00 EUR (+ VAT if applicable)Your job description will be published on our website with your contact details, and candidates will be able to contact you directly without the need to go through our HR managers. Additional benefit – we will re-post this vacancy in our social media channels increasing the reach without any extra fees.

How much does it cost to publish a vacancy on your website so that your HR manager filters out non-qualified CVs and will inform us of any qualified only?

350,00 EUR (+ VAT if applicable)Your job description will be published on our website and any candidates applying will go through the first screening by our HR manager. In case of a match – our HR manager will notify you of such candidate within 24 hours. Additional benefit – we will re-post this vacancy in our social media channels increasing the reach without any extra fees.

Okay, how much would it cost to just get access to your CV database?

You would need to send us a short description of the candidate you are looking for, and then we will be able to review if we have any qualified candidates that meet your requirements. In general, we will give you access to 10 CVs of qualified candidates for 350,00 EUR (+ VAT if applicable).

And how much do you charge for a full cycle typical recruitment, where you search, interview, and provide us only the best and most qualified candidates?

The one-time fee for recruiting of a Candidate is equal to one monthly gross salary of the candidate. In this case, we stand by the quality of our placements. In the unfortunate event of a termination within the initial 3 months (due to probation failure, etc.), we offer a one-time replacement free of charge.

Any additional services that you offer to help me started with our new colleague?

Yes, we can assist with employment agreement drafting, payroll and tax matters (subject to additional fees).

Bundle offers and discounts for companies and HR managers

If you are an in-house HR manager, or you don’t have a dedicated HR manager, but you still need to fill those roles, we offer bundle services.

Multiple Job Ad placements on the website (Nr.1. in the FAQAF):

1st Job Ad – 100% payment;
2nd Job Ad (provided it is simultaneously posted with the first one or not later than one month after the first one) – 15% discount;
3rd Job Ad (provided it is simultaneously posted with the first one or not later than two months after the first one) – 30% discount;
4th Job Ad (provided it is simultaneously posted with the first one or not later than three months after the first one) – 40% discount;
5th Job Ad (provided it is simultaneously posted with the first one or not later than four months after the first one) – 50% discount;

Multiple full cycle recruitment engagements (Nr.4 in the FAQAF):

1st Engagement – 100% payment;
2nd Engagement (provided we are engaged simultaneously with the first engagement or not later than one month after the 1st engagement) – 15% discount;
3rd Engagement (provided we are engaged simultaneously with the first engagement or not later than two months after the 1st +2nd engagement) – 30% discount;
4th Engagement (provided we are engaged simultaneously with the first engagement or not later than three months after the 1st +2nd +3rd engagement) – 40% discount;
